As Passover approaches, its rituals are shown to foreshadow a greater fulfillment. During the final meal, Jesus redefines the bread and wine as symbols of a new covenant through His body and blood. He predicts betrayal, denial, and the scattering of His followers, all of which soon occur. In deep anguish, yet full surrender, He accepts the path ahead.

Jesus is betrayed, arrested, falsely accused, and condemned despite innocence. Though questioned, He remains largely silent, fully aware that everything is unfolding according to a divine plan.
